Terms of Reference Released
The Terms of Reference for the Ministerial Inquiry into the disclosure of the funding shortfall in ACC's Non-Earners Account has been released by Finance Minister Bill English.  The Ministerial Inquiry is to report on the large increase in government funding required for the ACC Non-Earners Account for the 2008/09 year and future years, determine why it was not identified in the 2008 Budget round, and report on its treatment in the 2008 Pre-Election Economic and Fiscal Update (PREFU).

The inquiry will be led by Michael Mills, a Director at consulting firm MartinJenkins with extensive experience in regulatory issues and government processes. Click here to view the full media release.

Senior Consultant Appointed
MartinJenkins is pleased to announce the appointment of   Dr. David Dundon-Smith to the position of Senior Consultant in the Evaluation and Research team. David has specialist skills in economics, social policy research and development, research (both quantitative and qualitative) and evaluation. He is an experienced consultant and researcher, who until recently worked in the UK.

Nick Davis Appointed Director
MartinJenkins has appointed Nick Davis as a Director of the company. As MartinJenkins’ fourth director he will lead the expansion of the company’s Financial and Economic Services. Nick joined MartinJenkins in 2004 and has headed the company’s Evaluation and Research Services since then.
