For Jane it’s all about making sure the HR work is directed and co-ordinated with a high-level sense of the organisation’s goals.

Jane’s authentic and approachable style helps her build working relationships that make things happen. Before joining us, her HR background was in manufacturing, quality and commercial within the global pharmaceutical and service industries. She has worked with leadership teams across those sectors to ensure that HR is aligned with the business’s strategic direction.

Jane also has a particular interest in the areas of leadership capability and coaching.
