Melanie joined us in early 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience in business administration, marketing, executive support, IT support, event and project coordination.

She provides efficient, methodical service to our business. Her responsibilities include maintaining our core IT systems across both offices, and managing internal projects to strengthen our service delivery.

Melanie also has skills in desktop publishing, and contributes to the high standards of presentation of our final products. She is friendly and unflappable, and always willing to help.
