A key go-to person behind the scenes at MartinJenkins, Sue has a pivotal role at the centre of a number of our firm’s business-critical functions 

Sue supervises the prospects and leads process for the firm, as well as our staff’s commitments. As the key support for our Board, she’s also responsible for circulating reports and for minuting and following up on a large number of Board and other leadership meetings.

Sue is well tuned-in to all the work going on at our firm. She particularly enjoys being part of the collaborative, can-do culture at MartinJenkins, where our people do what it takes to create the solutions our clients need.

Although a good chunk of Sue’s work is necessarily reactive, she also thrives on playing a central role in pro-active change projects. She manages several specific projects at the firm, and she also chairs our Health and Safety Committee.

Sue joined us in 2018, with a long history of Board support and team management experience in the financial services and banking industry. During her recent four-year stint in the UK, for example, she supported the Global Head of HR at the London Stock Exchange.

Before leaving New Zealand Sue had been Business Services Manager at Kiwibank and, earlier, Executive Assistant to the bank’s CEO from soon after its inception. Working with government stakeholders (and managing media) was an important part of her Kiwibank roles, and Sue draws on that experience and understanding in her work for MartinJenkins.
