Maree has a deep understanding of organisational behaviour and dynamics, which she uses to help clients structure and navigate complex change successfully.
Maree joined MartinJenkins in 2016, as a specialist in organisation design and development, and strategic change. She works closely with clients to understand and manage the people elements of change by aligning organisation structure, processes, culture and leadership with strategy.
Maree’s background is in organisational psychology. She has spent the majority of her career in management consulting in the UK and New Zealand, mainly in financial services. Recently she has been delivering change internally in two of New Zealand’s largest banks.
Examples of Maree’s work include:
- designing a top-to-bottom organisation structure, and providing change implementation support to integrate a separate business line and create shared operational services – for the UK division of an international financial services organisation
- developing high-level organisation design and assessing organisational change and FTE impacts for a transformation project delivering re-engineered customer-facing processes – for a New Zealand bank
- developing the organisation structure and HR change strategy for the development of a new UK financial services membership organisation
