Olivia brings critical analysis and creativity to her work with clients, helping them achieve better outcomes for their organisations and better experiences for their employees

Olivia is passionate about helping clients create and sustain positive workplace environments. With her commitment to a holistic view of organisations and to an evidence-based approach, she delivers high-quality, durable results.

Olivia specialises in supporting clients to lift their organisational capabilities, develop their leadership, and do better in managing talent. She has contributed to projects right across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Olivia’s approach is highly analytical but also very personable – she works closely with her clients to solve problems and develop innovative ways of improving their processes.

Before she joined us in 2017, Olivia worked for a consulting firm in Australia, focusing on organisational design and performance. Earlier she worked for the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Workplace Leadership, where she was involved in leadership research, education, and programmes to improve leadership and management capability.

Examples of Olivia’s recent work for MartinJenkins include:

  • Designing a future operating model for open, distance and flexible learning at a polytechnic

  • A strategic review for a member-based workplace safety organisation, to ensure its role and services are fit-for-purpose for contributing to a new level of health and safety performance

  • A review of strategic initiatives at a Crown entity, to provide the leadership team with an understanding of the totality of its planned strategic activities and to inform its decision making 

  • A review of support and governance functions at a government Ministry, which led to the development of a formal proposal for change and decision document.
