Olivia brings critical analysis and creativity to her work with clients to improve organisational outcomes and employee experience.

Olivia is passionate about the importance of creating and sustaining positive workplace environments. Her commitment to a holistic view of organisations and an evidence-based approach support high quality and sustainable outcomes.

She has contributed to projects for clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, specialising in organisational capability development, leadership development, and talent management. She works closely with clients, applying an analytical and personable approach to problem-solving and process innovation. 

Prior to joining MartinJenkins in 2017, Olivia worked for a consulting firm in Australia. She has also worked for the Centre for Workplace Leadership at the University of Melbourne where she was involved in leadership research, education and programmes to improve leadership and management capability.

Examples of recent work include:

• Development of the structure and operating model for a new entity in the Victorian health system designed to lead improvement in the safety and quality of care

• Development of a revised HR operating model for a new Australian government agency

• An organisational capability review for a not-for-profit organisation seeking to align structure and workforce capabilities with a new strategic plan

• Development of a Talent Management Framework for an Australian state education system to encourage existing leaders to identify, develop and support high performing and high potential leaders across the system.
