Experienced in strategy, performance measurement and business improvement, Renee thrives when she’s helping her clients drive positive change. Pragmatic and people-focused, she works with them to design practical solutions that make their vision happen.

Renee joined us at the start of 2021, bringing a breadth of experience that spans strategic planning, business performance measurement, organisation design, process improvement, project management, and change management. She’s proven her ability to drive positive change across all levels of the client’s business.

Having worked with a range of government and not-for-profit organisations, Renee is quick to understand clients’ problems. She works closely with them to define the outcomes they want and then to design solutions and work out a practical path through to implementation.

Examples of Renee's work:

  • Working with the Biosecurity NZ leadership team to reset its governance model, and leading the design of the organisation’s impact measurement framework

  • Doing a performance health check for a core biosecurity pathway, and developing a work programme to improve the design of the pathway and to better mitigate biosecurity risk

  • Supporting the transformation of the Accident Compensation Corporation’s Client Case Management system – Renee’s role focused on ensuring ACC staff were ready to work with the new system

  • Developing a people strategy and implementation plan for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, to improve the staff experience throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Supporting the reset of a government agency’s organisational structure – Renee worked closely with the agency’s leadership team on the design of the new structure, and helped them process feedback, communicate decisions, and support their staff through the change.


Renee has a PuMP® (Performance Measurement) Certification. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Media Studies, from Victoria University of Wellington.

She has worked with a range of business improvement tools and methodologies, including Agile, Strategyzer and Lean Six Sigma.
