Claire joined MartinJenkins in 2019, bringing a proven track record in complex programme management, organisational design, strategic planning, service design, governance, and change leadership. Her successful career has spanned the private sector and local and central government.
As well as having a love for business transformation and a strong grounding in continuous improvement, Claire is also commercially astute.
In the last five years Claire has led the design of operating models for agencies in the social and justice sector. Her collaborative, engaging style helps those she works with move forward confidently through change.

Claire has worked across the public sector in senior roles advising and leading a number of strategic transformation programmes:
Leading the Secretariat that supported the Expert Panel to advise the government on how to transform services for children in care. She then stayed on to lead the establishing of Oranga Tamariki and the Voyce advocacy service for children in care.
Leading the work to establish the world-leading Evidence-Based Policing Centre, a partnership between NZ Police, universities, commercial providers and forensic scientists
Establishing the transformation programme for the NZ Police Intelligence function, including the design and implementation of a new operating model and supporting structures.
