Natasha is skilled at grasping new issues and helping clients find solutions that work. She has more than 15 years’ experience in economic and social policy, with particular strengths in advising Ministers, regulatory design and implementation, and project leadership.

Natasha’s strong track record in managing stakeholder engagement includes demonstrated skills working across culturally diverse communities and where there are competing perspectives.

  • Reviewer of the New Zealand Transport Agency’s Regulatory Capability and Performance

  • Advisor to the Board and Tumu Whakarae (Chief Executive) of Te Mātāwai – the new agency responsible for revitalising te reo Māori on behalf of iwi and Māori

  • Advisor to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment on the Crown Minerals (Petroleum) Amendment Bill in 2018

  • Reviewer of NZ Police initiatives targeted at reducing reoffending by Māori

  • Advisor to the Ministry of Education on the update of Te Whāriki, the early learning curriculum.
