Nick is our marketing manager and brand champion. He works across the business to support effective client engagement, and develop the MartinJenkins service offering.
Nick has an extensive background in marketing communications and a PhD in branding – and a strong focus on the continued improvement of our marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
As marketing manager, he is part of our executive team, providing direction for marketing activity at all levels of the business and shaping development of the MartinJenkins brand from strategy to implementation. This includes driving marketing across the company to ensure clear and consistent communications as well as guiding business development to help our teams deliver the best value to clients.
Nick has helped develop some of New Zealand’s highest performing brands, for public and private sector organisations. His earlier experience includes working within agencies and directly with clients as a consultant, delivering a wide range of services from communications through to research and insights.
Nick has a particular affinity for the marketing of professional services, bringing innovative thinking to how MartinJenkins engages with clients and adjusts in response to changing customer needs.
