Richard Tait

Partner | Hoa Pakihi
Wellington

Richard specialises in strategy and organisational change. He helps our clients to define their goals and priorities and to identify practical solutions to lift their performance.

Richard is interested in how organisations can adapt and evolve so that they continue to deliver value, thrive, and explore new opportunities as their environment changes, rather than requiring fundamental and abrupt change.

Richard is known for his ability to quickly understand each client’s specific context, to identify the issues, and to communicate problems and solutions in an accessible way.

As well as advising MartinJenkins’ clients on organisational review and design, Richard provides strategic planning and systems thinking expertise. Richard’s style is thoughtful and considered. He asks questions that help clients to find the solutions they need to improve performance.

Before joining MartinJenkins in 2007, Richard worked in the private sector as a lawyer and then as a policy advisor and internal strategy advisor for the then Ministry of Economic Development.
