Victoria has broad experience across strategic, policy and operational government functions, both in the UK civil service and the New Zealand public sector. Adept at problem solving, she combines strategic thinking with a firm grasp of the detail to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Victoria is a proven leader, successfully managing teams to deliver high-quality results. She has also been responsible for a number of high profile and high value programmes and budgets throughout her career. She is skilled at balancing political and operational needs in developing policy, and has an array of experience in advising Ministers and senior public servants.

Victoria joined MartinJenkins early in 2018 from the Ministry of Education, where she worked as a Senior Manager leading a Service Design team. Previously she was responsible for ensuring sufficiency of school places in the UK education system, in a time of extensive demographic growth. She also led the development of new Local Growth policy options for HM Treasury, including the transformative Northern Powerhouse programme, and held a variety of roles across other UK government departments.
