Greg specialises in employment relations and managing structural change. Clients value his expertise in guiding them through challenging situations ranging from major restructurings to sensitive employment investigations.
Greg is expert in developing strategies to help his clients achieve their business objectives when they are presented with a challenging employment relations environment. His ability to quickly grasp the key business drivers, and the opportunities and risks presented by the workplace relationships, enable him to support clients effectively so that they can achieve business benefits and a productive workplace.
Greg joined MartinJenkins in 1993 after a period with the State Services Commission as the Government’s Chief Advisor on health sector employment relations.
Greg has developed collective bargaining strategies and acted as government advocate in high-profile negotiations across the health and education sectors. He represents large government agencies in collective bargaining and is particularly skilled in working with senior management, unions and central agencies. He has also undertaken investigations into employees in senior and sensitive positions for a range of government agencies.
