Suzanne Carter
Suzanne values professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, and has a long-held interest in the interconnection between business and social good
Suzanne has worked in executive leadership for over 15 years. As an experienced people leader, she is valued for her high energy and positivity and for doing the right thing. She is results-oriented and focusses on achieving equitable outcomes for her clients.
Suzanne joined MartinJenkins in 2019 and led our Corporate Services team as General Manager for five years, overseeing the day-to-day running of our corporate functions, planning, and projects. She returned to her first love, consulting, in July 2024, to work on assignments that help lift organisational performance.

Suzanne has a Certificate in Journalism, and an MBA from Victoria University. She also attended Harvard University to study Corporate Social Responsibility. She is a former Director of Transparency International New Zealand and a chartered member of the Institute of Directors (CMInstD). She is a currently a Director of Golf Wellington Korowha Te Whanganui-a-Tara.
