Victoria quickly builds trust with clients through close collaboration and insightful analysis, and works with them to develop practical solutions
Victoria is driven by a passion for helping clients to work out the organisational structures, ways of working, and capabilities they need in order to achieve their purpose. She helps them look closely at how they’re performing and to identify what changes they may need to make in order to improve.
Victoria’s expertise in organisational design, strategy, and performance is complemented by her extensive background working in policy for the public service in both the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand. That breadth of experience helps her quickly grasp her client’s context, so that together she and the client can develop solutions that work.
Victoria is a collaborative leader and manager, and has established and developed teams in a variety of public-sector contexts. She enjoys coaching teams and individuals to reach their full potential.
Outside work, Victoria enjoys tramping, reading, and spending time with her young daughter.
