About the role | Mō te tūranga

This role is a permanent part-time position of 0.6, based in our Wellington office. As a Business Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering budgeting, management reporting, analysis, and financial forecasting. You will work closely with the Director of Business Performance to provide business-performance reporting in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

In this role, you will be involved in | I tēnei tūranga, ka whai wāhi koe ki:

• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with effective management commentary

• Conducting deep-dive analyses as required

• Assisting with reporting to the Board of MartinJenkins

• Ensuring all reporting is timely and accurate

• Contributing to ongoing improvements in reporting

• Assisting with the audit process if applicable

• Preparing the annual budget

• Preparing weekly cashflow reports and forecasts.

About you | Mōu

These are the attributes and experience we are looking for:

• Relevant tertiary degree qualification in business, accounting, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of relevant management accounting experience

• Excellent information-gathering, organisational, planning, analytical, and report-writing skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, are desirable

• Advanced Power BI

• Experience using integrated practice-management systems such as WorkBook

• A collaborative and effective team player

• Strong empathy for upholding the values of tikanga Māori.

The full-time equivalent salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
