About the role | Mō te tūranga
As a Senior Business Support Assistant | Kaiāwhina Matua Tautoko Pakihi, you'll be the backbone of our vibrant Auckland office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a confident self-starter who is experienced working in a sole-charge position, while being backed up by a supportive wider business support team who are Wellington based. This is a fixed-term (twelve months) full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Office Hero: Take charge of day-to-day office and facilities tasks, including ordering office supplies, to ensure our high standards are maintained.
- Executive Assistant Extraordinaire: Provide stellar EA/PA support to a busy Senior Executive.
- Tech Troubleshooter: Help with IT software and hardware onboarding/offboarding for our Auckland team, with support from the IT Lead and/or external IT provider when needed.
- Event Organiser: Plan and support workshops and events in Auckland.
- Team Player: Be part of a team that values openness, transparency, and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Document Dynamo: Collaborate with team members to manage document support requirements, ensuring top-notch quality control for our brand.
- Process Pro: Efficiently operate all business processes and contribute to innovative improvements that boost efficiency and performance.
- Project Prodigy: Provide comprehensive project administration assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support Superstar: Offer meaningful support to our IT, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Travel Guru: Make all arrangements to ensure our team's business travel goes smoothly.

- Experienced pro: You've got 3+ years of experience working in an administration role within a professional services environment.
- Executive Assistant extraordinaire: You've spent 1+ years providing top-notch EA/PA support to a senior executive.
- Tech savvy: You have 1+ years of experience providing basic IT software/hardware support.
- Microsoft Office whiz: You're advanced in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Copilot, and you're always eager to learn new tools and software.
- Detail-oriented: Your spelling, grammar, and attention to detail are top-notch.
- Creative problem solver: You think outside the box and take an innovative approach to tasks.
- Team player: Your excellent communication skills ensure the efficient and effective delivery of a full range of administrative services.

The full-time salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
