About the role | Mō te tūranga
We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our Strategy Design and Performance team in either Auckland or Wellington, centred on supporting our clients to identify, design, and embed the organisational arrangements and culture that will set them up for success.
The Principal Consultant is a senior member of the MartinJenkins team, focused on delivering consulting services to a range of current and future clients, as well as contributing to organisational performance as part of the Strategy, Design and Performance leadership group.
About you | Mōu
You will bring extensive experience leading organisational performance initiatives, either as an external consultant delivering services to clients or as an employee within complex change environments. You will be intellectually curious, personable and collaborative, and committed to delivering the best outcome for clients across a broad variety of subjects and contexts.
We are particularly keen in meeting candidates who have | E tino pīrangi ana mātou ki ngā kaitono:
- Strong professional knowledge and expertise in organisational design, target operating model, change management, strategic workforce planning, and organisational development
- A strong focus on implementation with a proven track record managing large, complex projects from design to completion
- Deep, established professional networks with the ability to forge and nurture positive client relationships for MartinJenkins
- Excellent relationship management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully and credibly with a range of clients and stakeholders
- An undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
- Strong empathy for upholding the values of tikanga Māori
