You'll work on a range of projects that involve process improvement, technology-enabled change, design thinking, operating models and organisational design, helping clients to achieve sustainable transformation.

About the role | Mō te tūranga

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Design and Performance team in Wellington. This role is centred on supporting our clients to identify, design, and embed the organisational arrangements and culture that will set them up for success.

About you | Mōu

You will bring at least 5-7 years’ experience in roles supporting organisational performance, either as an external consultant delivering services to clients or as an employee within complex change environments. Most importantly, you will be intellectually curious and analytical, personable and collaborative, and willing to rise to the challenge of delivering the best outcome for clients across a broad variety of subjects and contexts.

We are particularly keen in meeting candidates who have | E tino pīrangi ana mātou ki ngā kaitono:

  • Experience in process improvement and technology-enabled solutions
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and their application in organisational contexts
  • Sound understanding of strategy development, change management or organisational design
  • A strong focus on implementation with a proven track record for delivery
  • Flexibility in applying and adapting tools and methodologies to suit a specific situation
  • A level of comfort with ambiguity and unknown situations
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once, and work efficiently in doing so
  • The ability to work well with others, including client teams
  • Strong empathy for upholding the values of tikanga Māori
