We have expertise in developing and reviewing workforce and capability strategies – we work alongside our clients to develop pragmatic responses to factors like changing demand for services, aging workforces and succession planning, and accessing talent where skills are in short supply.
We have extensive experience supporting clients with collective bargaining. We can help you develop bargaining strategies that will enable your organisation to take advantage of opportunities and manage associated risks. We then work with you as best suits to achieve your goals – either by leading the bargaining or providing ongoing support and advice.
Executive search and onboarding
We can provide you with specialist recruitment services through our subsidiary Rothley, which opened in November 2015 as a major expansion of our existing recruitment services. Rothley recruits for clients nationally across all professional disciplines from chief executive through to mid-level leadership and specialist positions. The focus is on understanding your council’s business needs before initiating searching, and services include a strong in-house workforce research capability.
