She joined us in 2026 from Greater Wellington Regional Council, bringing a close understanding of policy and financial environments, including business cases, policy reviews, and executive reporting.

Denise is skilled in structuring complex problems and developing financial models when there’s uncertainty. She has supported multiple business areas with budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term financial planning, as well as investment and infrastructure analysis.

  • Supporting the development of business cases, including financial analysis, testing assumptions, assessing impacts, and contributing to clear advice for decision makers.
