Edith Yu

Edith is a calm, focussed, super-organised analyst, and is trusted to operate in environments where confidentiality and reliability are critical.

As a project coordinator, Edith excels in managing information and logistics, and in keeping work on track across busy, high-pressure programmes. She can also turn on a pin when help is needed urgently.

Edith originally joined MartinJenkins in a Business Support role, but in recognition of her amazing eye for detail and quality and her can-do attitude, she was promoted to her current Analyst role in 2026.

Examples of Edith’s work

• Edith was a Specialist Project Coordinator on the Waka Kotahi | NZ Transport Agency public-private partnership programme, supporting the delivery of a complex and high-profile infrastructure project – she became the trusted person everyone would go to for her strong grasp of the project’s multiple workstreams and for her ability to unblock things and move the work along.
• She provided analyst support for a project with a local government client, including research, workshop design, and facilitating interviews.
