Consulting

Grace has a sharp eye for how organisations can rethink and improve their operating models and processes. She uses her experience to help spot what really matters to her clients, and what they need most from her.

Grace is an organisational performance and design professional with skills in programme and project management. She has supported major public-sector transformation projects, and her experience includes work in the defence, transport, education, social, and environmental sectors.

Grace approaches projects with focus, energy, and creativity. She keeps a clear view of the risks, context, and objectives of the work, as well as the pressures indirectly shaping it.

Good at understanding how she can best support her clients, Grace listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and brings humility to her work. She is naturally curious and has a strong personal drive to make a difference for Aotearoa New Zealand.

Before joining us in early 2026, Grace had three years with a global consulting firm. She worked with governance leaders and in cross-organisational teams on complicated, high-pressure projects where collaboration and confidentiality were crucial.

Examples of Grace’s work

  • Coordinating the delivery of a major operating model blueprint, including managing complex input from multiple stakeholders and reviews while working to tight deadlines
  • Interviewing key people and analysing documents to produce a report with insights on how to improve transport funding processes, leading to the client accepting the report’s recommendations
  • Helping agencies to communicate their non-financial performance more clearly and cohesively, including how their outputs contribute to their outcomes.
