• As a key resource on a project with the Electricity Authority, helping draft an options paper to gather stakeholder feedback and guide new approaches to network visibility
• Leading the mapping and assessing of processes for an independent review of a regulator’s enquiries and complaints processes, including developing practical recommendations to improve workflow design.
