Jess thrives on bringing people together to tackle organisational challenges in creative and practical ways. She designs strategies, organisations, and services that make a difference.

An advocate for continuous improvement, Jess has supported government agencies to simplify their processes, use time and resources wisely, and improve how information is shared with decision-makers. She helps clients build smart, efficient organisations that keep improving.

Jess has particular experience in the health, science, and innovation sectors, designing organisations and services that work well for people and can adapt to changing priorities.

Earlier in her career Jess led the design of clinical guidelines in the UK. She worked alongside health professionals, patients, and carers to make sure people get the care they need, based on the best available evidence.

Examples of Jessica’s work

  • Leading the design of decision-making frameworks to support a Crown agency to prioritise investment in health research
  • Supporting an organisational redesign for a Crown agency to better align its design with the agency’s strategy and the strategy of the wider health and science sector
  • Developing a “pathway to impact” model and an indicators framework to help a Crown agency tell the story of the broader social, cultural, and environmental impacts of their $120 million annual investment in health research, alongside the direct health and economic benefits.
