Consulting

Philip works closely with chief executives, boards, and other senior leaders, supporting them with his leadership skills, strategic thinking, and sound judgement. He particularly enjoys the creative energy and robust interaction that comes through working with others with different points of view.

Philip has held senior leadership and advisory roles in local and central government and in private legal and consulting practices. He’s a highly experienced adviser whose work has spanned sectors ranging from national security, to legal and regulatory systems, to transport, to community development.

Philip started his career in the law but now focusses on roles centring on strategic and leadership skills. Senior leaders in client organisations value Philip’s wisdom and experience and his calm, collaborative approach.

Philip has also held voluntary governance roles in the mental health and disability sectors over a period of some 20 years.
