Leanne is a senior administrator with over 30 years of personal experience across the full Corporate Services suite. She’s an effective people leader who thrives on nurturing and inspiring her teams to be high performers. 

Leanne leads our busy and vibrant team of Business Support Assistants.  In her varied career, she has been fortunate to have gained a wealth of experience working in a variety of industries, from government to education to IT to wholesale food and beverage. 

Leanne leads from the front and models and inspires her team to deliver a high level of service. There is nothing Leanne would ask her team to do that she wouldn’t do herself and it’s typical to find her working alongside her team with her sleeves rolled up. 

As a natural problem-solver who focusses on solutions, Leanne motivates and nurtures her team to bring out their best. Having spent her early career at the coalface she has a genuine understanding of the challenges and rewards of providing highly effective administrative support. 

Aside from leading her team, Leanne loves to get stuck in to improving processes and procedures, business planning, project management, and change management. Taking opportunities for personal growth and development, both her own and her team’s, is also important to her. 

Outside of work, Leanne’s main focus is family. She values opportunities to connect with her blended family of eight, including one grandchild.  She also loves to spend time with others from her extended family whenever possible.
